Unprofessional and frankly a waste of time. First call was a screening call that was pleasant and nice enough, second was a call with the hiring manger, then onto a double interview doing a Google Sheets test and a SQL test. No feedback offered at the end of it, on anything, despite the process taking up a hilarious amount of time.
