Applied online, had an interview about 2 weeks later. Had a conversation with a recruiter and seemed to go well, had to reach back out about 1 week later regarding it and got an automated response, not a personal response from the recruiter even though I reached out personally to receive feedback. And no response. I'm a recruiter and this is never okay as it gives a bad impression on a candidate. I would expect more from a company like this one.
