The guy interviewed me was never polite and questions asked were totally irrelevant. I think they are doing interviews to show off, may be to give current employees the feel of secured The guy interviewed me came 2 hours late after reaching there, he is so impolite and unprofessional that he did not introduce himself and I opened door for him! Such is the culture at open text. It does not matter how good you are at work but you should be humble. I was 90% correct in all the questions and logics. That interviewer was getting back to back calls from his friend for lunch, he was in a hurry to wrap it up quickly he did not allow even 2 minutes to write big logic. He was not knowing about the project that he's currently working, when asked he was bluffing like anything, think before you attend interview over there
