HR screening, 1:1 interview, another 1:1.
Ghosted. Fairly easy interview, however it seems like the department that is hiring is unsure what type of individual they’re looking for (since the questions asked are very different than the job description)

Q: if you were to join while this department was brand new, how would you design the program from the ground up?
Initial phone interview with HR. THE worst interview of my life. I almost hang up during my interview because the interviewer was very rude and condescending throughout the call. Please provide proper training to the hiring team to speak nicely to candidates. I had no desire for follow up interview after this experience.

extremely vague open-ended questions. If I answered the question to how I interpreted the question, the interviewer responded with rude comments
Had a phone screen led by the most condescending recruiter I’ve ever had- and I’ve had over 100 interviews in my life, so that’s saying something. Basically was arguing/debating with me about irrelevant things, which completely destroyed the whole purpose of the interview and made it into a fact checking investigation.
Terrible experience, and really eliminated my desire to work at OT.
No followup, not overly welcoming. Not the best experience. I'm a pretty bubbly person but they seemed very stifling and not very fun. I was not interested and honestly neither were they. We agreed the job was not for me.
