I applied through university. I interviewed at OpenText (Waterloo, ON)
Interview
Interview was smooth, screening call and then interviews with the Directors. Moreso on the behavioral side than the technical. Everything moved very fast and they got back to me quick.

Question 1
How do I handle successes and Failures? Tight deadlines..etc?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at OpenText (Richmond Hill, ON) in Sept 2024
Interview
3 rounds of interviews, got ghosted after the final interview with the Director. Got asked mostly behavioural and situation based questions. The overall interview process was pleasant but sad to see they disappeared, not surprised though given it's 2024.
