OpenWeb Software Engineer interview questions

Phone screen, technical interview with architecture related discussion, HR interview and CEO interview. During my interviews, the company violated my discretion by contacting people I work with. This move was dirty and unethical, and very quickly got to the management. At every stage of the interview (Team Lead, HR and CEO) I was explicitly told that the job is very demanding and hard, and I understood that the company expects me to be as dedicated to it as humanly possible. Given that every job is hard and demanding, I believe that this position required working extremely hard, and probably very long hours, but I might be wrong.
