Interview
It was very professional. The individuals involved were prepared and interested. They were very excited about the organization and committed to the children they served. The interview lasted a little over an hour and included a tour of one of their sites. The CEO and Development staff person conducted the interview.

Interview
Brief phone interview, then Skype interview with two senior staff. I was moving from out of state, and I believe they have in-person interviews if you live closer. If you do interview via Skype, make sure your internet connection is good-- mine kept cutting out which made it hard to communicate.
