Operation Homefront interview questions

After advancing to an interview which included a member of the leadership team, I was completely ghosted. No follow-up, no rejection email, just silence. It's 2025. Ignoring candidates, especially those that had direct engagement with senior leadership, is completely unacceptable. I feel it reflects poorly on Operation Homefront's professionalism as an organization. They also asked for writing samples and failed to acknowledge them. Again, they just totally ghosted me. Never even received a rejection email and it's been over two months since I sent the requested writing samples. Raises broader concerns about how the organization operates. Applicants should proceed with caution. There was no respect shown to me.
