Three round. 1. phone interview with senior analyst, if they feel ok, you will get to next step; 2, an on-site writting test, including modeling and drafting a quarterly note, which last for 4 hours; 3, after passed previous test, talk to associate director of research...All passed, you're good.

Therer were three rounds of interview. 1) Spoke with the HR 2) Spoke with an associate and an analyst who heads the coverage group 3) 3 hour modeling test. Overall experience was good and nothing stood out too much.
