There was an initial phone screen with the recruiter followed by an on-site interview with the manager and another employee. The interview was non-technical and consisted of a question and answer period about my professional experience. Since the interview it's been mostly silence from OptiTrack. After about 3 weeks the company responded to a check-in email that they haven't made a decision on a candidate. Following that check-in it's been another 1.5 months of radio silence. A hiring process that takes more than 7 months with no decision over 2 months after the interview is a red flag. I advise other candidates to use their time and money more wisely and apply at other companies.
