I would describe the interview as an unprofessional, insulting waste of time. After the initial phone screen interview, I interviewed in person at one of Optima's locations. There were two people in the room one whom was less than two feet away from me talking on the phone literally the entire time, who never introduced themselves while the other was the interviewer. The interviewer asked essentially no questions and basically repeated information about the company that was already relayed to me in the phone screen. All in all it lasted maybe 10 minutes at most. I assume they already had their candidate either internally or externally, if they didn't and this is the standard for interviews then I would say this reflects horribly on their management. It honestly felt like the interviewer was unprepared and or inexperienced which translated to a bizarre experience for myself. I would steer clear of Optima if this is acceptable for them.
