Interview
I was referred to Optima by a current employee who was a colleague from a prior company. There was an initial phone interview and a subsequent in-person interview with two members of the management team. The in-person interview is designed to ensure that a candidate has the right qualities, character and skills that will make them a good fit for what is a phenomenal organization. There were in-depth questions regarding past job experience and a clear explanation of requirements and responsibilities if offered the position. Both the phone and in-person interviews were extremely professional, well-structured and to the point.

What is about your experience that would make you a good fit at Optima?
Pretty intense interview with a panel of execs asking questions. They have another location in AZ. They asked all the general interview questions and also asked to write a memo about why I should be hired. Was offer job but did not take it.

I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter. After completing this I met with face to face with the site director as well as a sales manager. Overall this was an efficient and smooth process.
