2 rounds, no coding test. 1st was with the to-be manager, Head of Engineering. Went well, some interesting questions. Was very open and honest in some tougher questions back. 2nd round with fellow tech leads. More centred around leadership style, coding approach.

Interview
2 stages. First round was with the Head of Engineering to understand about the role and myself. Experience with their tech Starck and gauging fit.
2nd stage with other technical leads with some more deep questions about how the candidate carries out activities in running their team. Their beliefs around some agile elements, leadership style, etc. Songs technical questions but not much.
