Optimal Beginnings interview questions

Efficient process. Video chat interview with an HR person who determines if applicant advances to the next level. In person at the office site followed by request for references. Everyone involved in the process were very nice. I withdrew my application because of a better job offer.

I had an in person interview, asked lots of different questions -it lasted around an hour and spanned a wide range of topics. The interviewer seemed stressed or under a lot of pressure.
