the interview is so good and people are really friendly, it makes me want to join the company. And there are several rounds of interviews, from some take home assessment to live coding, be sure to be well prepared for it

Great connection with their recruiting staff. From there it gets weird. Next step was a random convo with the Head of Sales. After that no one knows. Great story and seems like a great product. Not sure on the quality of leadership and seems like they’re building the plane while flying it. I’ve worked for plenty of Sales Leader in tech with no people leadership experience which seems to be the case here. Best of luck to them, the product seems outstanding.

There was no HR involved which was a red flag for me (all the interview process and communication was done by the team). After a part that took me more than 4 hours, they ghosted me for a month before remembering me.
