I interviewed at Option Care Health (Akron, OH) in Jan 2019
Interview
Very easy process, had 2 interviews. Wanted to know my past experience with home infusion and the different medication I had experience with. Also my background with IV insertion, ports, and PICC lines
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Option Care Health (Augusta, GA) in Nov 2023
Interview
The PRN job required 4 interviews. When asking questions to hiring team they could not answer. I was only asking basic job questions such as "what are my required work hours per week as PRN?" One interview the boss forgot about. Overall, poor experience. Proper communication could have led to only having 2 interviews.
Very easy interview process. Extended time frame but overall easy process to complete all steps required. Drug screen at a very convenient location. Interviewing firm. Hiring manager. HR onboarding. All very seamless process
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Option Care Health (Sun Valley, CA) in Jun 2021
Interview
Interview with manager. Fairly simple and not intimidating or complex. In person. Found out next day I got the job. After that you have to do a lot of training both in person and on the computer.
