The first things that was requested was to complete an online examination. It contained some average questions about programming in an OOP Language and contained some multiple choice questions about time complexity and some programing exercises. I passed this and had an HR interview. I was rejected due to "Not looking to work specifically for Optiver" - quite a vague response.
