Didn't pass the first assignment, where you have to complete a series of tests including fast calculations and reflexes. The test takes 3 hours to complete and it also evaluates your memory skills

To do basic mathemathical operations such as division and adding up fractions
First there was a long OA of about 3hours. Then, there was a zoom interview on the card betting game with the recruiter. I didn't make it to the next round.
Very smooth, the HR just asked me why Optiver, why quant, what is your strength and weakness, what is the career plan in the next 5 years, but I did not answer very perfect
The first section was the online assessment which wasnt too bad, and the next part was a scheduled face to face behavioural interview. Still waiting to see if i passed that stage of recruitment
