Interview
Four assessments:
1) three questions that a Quantitative Researcher at Optiver might encounter on the job; some problems will require precise calculations, while others will only allow for approximate solutions.
2) 9 short neuro assessment games. Each games lasts between 2 and 15 minutes. The assessment takes about 60 minutes to complete overall.
3) 25 minutes to complete a numerical reasoning test.
4) 30 minutes to complete an assessment on probability theory
After passing the resume screening, you are invited to complete the Optiver assessments, which consist of four parts, including calculations, approximate solutions, neuro assessment games, numerical reasoning test and application of probability theory-

Online coding/maths tests (including some games testing your approach to risk), then a behavioural interview over the phone with a recruiter about why you want to work for the company, then a technical interview of maths problems (brainteasers). There is a fourth round I didn't get to.
