Optiver Software Development interview questions

The hiring process is fairly standard for a tech company, you start with an online coding test, then a phone screen, and then a day long onsite with three main interviews and a tour around the office. Interviews were: system design, technical questions, and behavioral.

A call from HR that are basically all behavior questions. Walked through resume for a bit and talked about working experience. Very friendly environment and easy questions. Said the next step will be a coding challenge on Hacker rank if the team think I will potentially be a good fit. Also introduced the structure of the company to be and talked about what each team do. Overall a pretty friendly laid back interview.
