I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Optomi in Aug 2017
Interview
I was recently contacted by a corporate recruiter from Optomi. I am not exactly looking for new opportunites, so hesitated to take the call. The recruiters message was more appealing than others, so it did spark my interest. During the phone call, I was extremely interested in the earning potential, as well as the perks this company had to offer. You could tell the recruiter was extremely happy in their position and working for this company. I was then asked to complete a video questionnaire for the following steps in the interview. Two simple question; How do you define success and how would your current manager describe you? I finished the video and was contacted by the recruiter the following day. I was passed onto next steps to the hiring manager. We had a phone conversation that was similar to my first conversation with the corporate recruiter. I was extremely pleased and was brought into the office the following week. I met with some executives and the team. Everyone who I spoke to at this company has been amazing. The experience I had during my interview process was none like any I have had before. I will be moving within the next month and decided to stay with my company for the time being, however I am staying in contact with the corporate recruiter for a future position!

Interview
A corporate recruiter scheduled a call through LinkedIn. The first call lasted about 30 minutes then we spoke again on a video call to go over questions I had. The last round was a panel interview and a short presentation about me. Overall, it was extremely informative and everyone I met with was nice and genuinely cared to get to know me.

Interview
I was reached out by a recruiter at Optomi on LinkedIn expressing their interest in me applying to the position. It was a three step interview process, the first being a phone call with the recruiter that reached out to me. This went over well and I was promoted onto the next stage. The second interview was with the sales director. He was extremely knowledgeable, asked great questions, and overall made the experience very enjoyable. After this, I was enthusiastic about the opportunity and moving forward. I was promoted again to the 3rd interview. The recruiter who set up my 3rd interview must have made a scheduling mistake because there was only two people on the interview, the recruiter and a team lead. (it was indicated there would be a entire hiring team on the interview) I completed this interview again and was asked two singular questions about the presentation. They gave me extremely rushed feedback and I felt like I had just wasted my time by putting together a presentation that no one paid attention to. After that, I received a follow-up email stating that I would hear back by the end of the week. I followed up with a thank you to my interviewers but unfortunately never heard back. I assumed after the second week of nothing back I didn't get the offer but I find it extremely unprofessional that the last interview was conducted the way it was and that there was never feedback given.
