I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Optoro (Washington, DC) in Apr 2016
Interview
This was a very long process. 2 phone interview w/3 people. 3 in person with 6 people. The first one was two hours long with four people, three with which I had already had a phone interview. The last interview was on a Saturday at 9 and the interviewer was 20 minutes late. There was also a spreadsheet assignment. This whole process took about a month. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and easy to talk to so it made it tolerable. The company culture seemed cool, so I thought this selection process might be worth. I made it to the top two, but sadly didn't get the job. That's fine but what wasn't cool- I only received an automated response. Like the one you get when you don't even get a phone interview but the company has seen your résumé. It was incredibly rude. An email from someone that said virtually the same thing would have been way more acceptable.
