Interview
Interview process is worst in Optum because initially they call you every minute for reminder to attend the interview and then they would take months to arrange the second interview once you have qualified it.
There is zero management because they process resumes for many people and then in the end themselves forget how and when the interview was and with which person the manager took the interview.

Total 3 rounds of interview. 2 Technical and 1 Manager round. After 3 rounds HR package discussion will happen. Over all the interview process is bit difficult. Give 30 words
Firstly, they check your problem solving skills. Then they check your domain technical knowledge, in my case they asked questions related to java and microservices. Then they ask questions related to the recent project u had worked on. Also asked questions from kafka and DBMS.
The have online code signal round which is ai powered round. 4 questions ie 3 api to be build and build one rate limiter . Not sure how the scoring works but hard to crack
