Very easy going, there were various typical questions you would expect from an interview. Just need to be confident and make sure to speak confidently. Also important to dress the part.
straight forward with online interview via recorded videos. follow up by a face to face interview. result will be address in an email sent not long after. mostly behavioural and customer experience related questions

tell when about a time you have to deal with a difficult customer
Interview was a group interview process was very easy and the questions where straight forward. Just the normal questions you’d get asks at an interview. Got a phone call that afternoon with a job offer and accepted the job offer.
Very good, relevant questions asked friendly individuals who were interviewing me. Did ask multiple questions and asked me to sell a product aswell during the process. Gave me a run down about what the job would entail
