Interview
3 rounds. No coding assessment. First round was slightly technical, but more conversational Second round was completely technical. Final round with CTO. This is where everything changed. I've never met a more arrogant person. Asked loaded open ended questions. They then responded by talking down on my current team calling them mediocre developers without knowing anything about them or what we do. Overall not as pleasant an experience as the previous rounds. Ended up calling the interview myself because of the disrespect.
Personable, transparent conversations, portrayed a good work culture and work-life balance through explanation of what the company stands for, and conducts interview in a timely manner (not too short and no generic questions)
