An initial interview followed by a presentation on a topic of your choosing. First interview was informal and reflected a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The presentation was more formal and had some very senior members of staff attending.

Started with a phone interview with two of the leadership team, then a F2F interview in Newcastle with two different people, followed by a final F2F interview and presentation with the CEO in London.

Interview
I completed an online application, uploading a CV with supporting Personal Statement.
I was given a brief telephone interview where we talked about the company and its ethos, which in this case was very important. We agreed that we had a common goal and it was worth a further discussion.
I attended the Orange Bus offices for a 1 hour F2F with one of the key managers where we explored my experience relevant to the role. It was very relaxed and quite informal - I enjoyed it.
