I submitted my resume to the hiring manager who passed it along to the principal. Days later, I was contacted by the principal to come in and have an interview. The interview was conducted by a team who asked questions and explained their philosophy of teaching. Then they took me around the school and showed me the main areas. Later, I was called with a job offer.
