Little disorganised. No clear communication. Not welcoming management. Delayed process and very poor pay . Behaviours of the senior management is very rude and they don’t respect candidate’s time . After the offer they told for two internal test during training sessions which candidates need to pass with 80% marks and there were no clear communications during the interview process that if someone can’t pass then they will be terminated on spot . Very disappointing and I really found it harassing.
