I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oregon Partnership (Portland, OR)
Interview
Two people were present and took turns asking questions, though it felt more like having a conversation and making friends. They were friendly and created a space where it felt safe to be a little vulnerable.

Question 1
I don't remember the wording exactly, but it was something along the lines of "what would you like your supervisor to know about you and how they can support you."
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oregon Partnership (Portland, OR) in Oct 2009
Interview
I sent them a cover letter and curriculum vitae via email in response to a craigslist posting. They contacted me via email to set up the first round of interviews. I met with two employees of the organization to determine fit and interest. They had the secretary call me the following week to set up a round two interview. Round two interview consisted of the director, a consultant for evaluation research, and 3 other employees. I did not get an offer but it was a learning experience for me. Next time I know to be better prepared for questions such as "How would you conduct an analysis on this program?" I had an answer but I think I should have done some literature review in that specific area and had a really laid out plan to present to them.
