Submitted application online, then they waited months to get back to candidates. Once they did, everything was a rush. (Red flag: They only care about doing things on their own time without regard to someone else's.) They also do a bait and switch - once you interview, all of a sudden, they admit that the role requires much more responsibilities and work than described - and the description doesn't really fit all that's required. In other words, you'll be brought on to a role with a lower title and much lower pay than the work you're actually doing. The politics of this group is so pervasive that it actually came out - in a negative way - during the interview process. Also, even if you're the final candidate and get an offer, they still have someone else in the wings waiting. Overall, this place is so dysfunctional that I was actually stressed during negotiations. If I'm stressed before I even start working there, thats a red flag that cannot be ignored. I wouldn't recommend this agency - and the glassdoor reviews about the dysfunctional are completely accurate. I truly dodged a bullet.
