Organica Biotech interview questions

Telephonic interview, Personal Interview by HR, Personal Interview by consultant. Unprofessional HR reschedule interview over 3 times and that too didn't bother to intimate by phone but just send a message. Never acknowledge emails send. For one of the rounds got a mail at 10am asking to come at 2 PM and by 12 got another mail asking not to come as interviewer isn't available. Even afte a week no feedback of the Interview. HR doesn't pickup when you call for followup and avoid us as if we are from collection team and asking for loan repayment. Very unprofessional HR.

Easy Process, 3 Rounds - First round is with HR where you have to provide your basic details and work experiences as well as Family background -2nd Round is with Technical team where you will be asking some technical questions about PR, Branding, Communication and Product Marketing knowledge -3rd round is the Online test which is more about your decision skills and overall behavior.
