I applied online. I interviewed at Organon (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in May 2026
Interview
Had interview with recruiter , then progressed to in person. Felt interview went very well was in over an hour , told decisions would be made by the next week, contacted recruiter who advised next stage in discussion and they would let me know mid that week. Sent two more follow up emails and nothing back, very unprofessional for apparently seeking professional people , 4 weeks since in person interview and no feedback at all after promising info regarding next steps. Disappointing and a waste of my time

Fist a HR conversation, followed by interview with the hiring manager. Main focus of the interview was on company values (inclusion, diversity, collaboration), not technical knowledge. Long wait to get final result.
