It was a fast and efficient process. A telephonic round for initial scrutiny followed by a face to face interview. The process was friendly. I was interviewed on the phone by my to-be line manager. I got a call back for 1-1 interview immediately after the call. It was scheduled a week later. In the 1-1 interview, there were 3 panelists. It started with technical questions, moved to personality questions and ended with my work profile and salary expectations. Overall the process was neat.
