Long process and not professional. I interviewed with a recruiter, then 2 branch managers and finally the area/district manager. They would schedule interviews weeks apart no clear point of contact. 1 1/2 month process to be ghosted after the last interview. They have no sense of urgency.

They do an exersize where you are presented 10 skills. You choose 2 of which you are good at and 2 that you are not.
Applied online, was contacted by local representative. Asked pertinent questions and let me tell my story. Seem to have a great deal of structure which I like. Went through multiple levels of seniority when applying.
