Zoom Interview with AD - questions were about other skills than were advertised in the position, gave the impression that interviewer already had someone else in mind (probably an internal hire)
Smooth, heard back quickly. Applied through a link with customer service questionnaire. Then did a zoom linked "in-person" interview. The steps were multi-tiered, per usual with an interview process. 1st apply, initial interviews, then call back for 2nd and final interview.
