It was a very laid back with no clinical questions involving patient scenarios. The interview was more directed at describing job responsibilities and answering any questions should you have them

It was conducted by Director of Operations and Director of Rehab via a Zoom meeting. Lasted ~4o minutes total. Questions were asked by both regarding communication styles, current experience, and personality traits. I was given opportunity at end to ask questions to them.
