My interview was thorough and engaging. The hiring leaders provided me with relevant and specific information related to the role. I was also provided historical information about the firm to provide context to the conversation.

Question 1
The interview was very conversational in nature, which made it comfortable. I was asked to describe areas under the scope of Human Resource where I had proven success and to elaborate on any particular areas that I was more or less passionate about.

Interview
I highly enjoyed the interview process. It consisted of 3 interviews. This 1st interview was an introduction to the organization. The 2nd was more role-specific and the 3rd was a big picture vision of the organization and to answer any questions or concerns.
