Interview
The interview process at Oscar Insurance is the best I've ever seen so far. 2 rounds of phone interviews and 5 rounds of onsite interviews. Most of their engineers are senior software engineer from google, facebook and palantir and they all have very strong background. They provide competitive base salary and stock options but don't offer signon bonus and relocation bonus.
