Not really much of one. I basically walked in and was hired without filling out an application. They will take anyone who is breathing. Sometimes even if they have bad driving issues in their past like one guy had a DUI on his record.

Interviewed with the owner and was interested in my past office and clerical experience. Which software applications I had experience with as well as which office machines I am proficient in using. He was eager to accommodate my schedule and accommodation.
