4 interviews - first one with HR with a really pleasant representative, second with hiring manager who was as well, third with COO who seemed nice. Fourth and final interview (after already checking my references might I add) was with CEO of the company who seemed less than interested to meet with me and gave me extremely dry answers until he began to discuss himself. I have no problem with a long interview process / not being selected in the end, but it seemed like a waste of time to be in a 4th round interview with the owner of the company when he seemed to make his mind up about me in the first second of our call together. Don’t waste your time!
