Typical virtual interview environment with a manager and executive asking technical and soft skill questions. However, I was asked unusually specific questions about M365 such as "what is the exchange server data size limit" (no one memorizes this, they just Google it) and my thoughts on them removing .pts file accessibility which was a bit surprising. My experience was basically an exact match for the job description, with me having almost all of the preferred qualifications. I was surprised to not receive any feedback after speaking with the hiring manager over the phone and completing a virtual interview but providing no response seems to be how they operate.
