Interview with the hiring manager and regional director. All behavioral based questions directed at getting to the actions/functional skills they are looking for on this position. Not a difficult process, but they ran very late for the appointment time and finished the interview nearly 2 1/2 hours later than expected.

Being an internal employee, it only took a couple phone calls. But usually, there's an interview with an HR person and the district manager who is the hiring manager. After that, the process can move very quickly.
