Interview
Very simple, start off as server first. Just want to know availability and previous experience. Of course big question is are you okay working holiday season, meaning day before and after Christmas l/thanksgiving.

I was able to schedule an interview time for myself online. I arrived for the interview and met with an Assistant Manager. It was very casual, and I appreciated the open communication I received from him. Unfortunately, I was told about one week after my interview that there were no open positions. It was disheartening to go in for the interview when there was no actual job available.

Very friendly with a lot of open ended questions. I suggest researching a few basic drinks and pour techniques. Make sure you can communicate them. It helps to have TABC and FH certs ready.
