I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at OutboundEngine (Austin, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
Insightful, organized, unique. OutboundEngine has a lunch where you get to see the sales floor, learn more about the company and role, talk to reps, their awesome recruiter, inspiring trainer, and really get an HONEST understanding of what's expected of you as a sales-person there. Mr. Leese, the VP of Sales, is very direct and definitely a man who serves truth on a platter.

I applied online. I interviewed at OutboundEngine (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2016
Interview
Very laid back interview. Basically, it consisted of questions regarding my goals and ambition. The manager was very interested and orchestrated the interview, while the front desk assistant sat, stared, and asked (maybe) 2 questions. I was told I would receive a call the following week, yet I was never given any feedback -- even after I emailed regarding the status of continuing the recruitment process.
