4 rounds: screening call with recruiter, intro call with hiring manager, interview with department executive, then final in-person to talk through case study. The hiring manager in particular was so great, making me feel comfortable the entire time.

Question 1
They gave me a list of relevant company goals (e.g. how to grow omni-channel presence across in-store and email/sms) then back out a strategy on how I would achieve it.
Great until they dropped the bomb that the position was no longer remote and then cut off the interview. Felt very weird to just get dropped that info and then have the whole thing end really abruptly. I had to scramble to keep asking questions about the flexibility of remoteness.
Concise, straightforward and conversational. I was involved in 3 rounds of interviews. First with talent recruitment, then with operational management and then directly with my hiring lead. All three levels were professional, respectful and engaging.

Question 1
Instead of providing behavioral directive examples like, "Describe a situation where you had to diffuse a confrontation," the questions asked were more personal. They were asked from a macro perspective in order to gain insight into me as a person and as a professional.
