Call with the recruiter was a great conversation. They were very transparent and knowledgeable about the position. Which sometimes doesn't happen where the recruiter doesn't know the in's and out's of the team .

Coffee with each of the founders, and founders together. Collaborated with a white board on business vision and the role design would play in that. Talked about past experiences and how that's shaped my world view and work style.
