Interview
You had to do a home task where you tested one of their live products!!
If its not humiliating enough to be requested to work for free, there are (if I remember correctly) four more interviews, one of which includes another exam (an easy one).
They've never bothered to provide feedback, HR didn't pick the calls upon arrival so I had to hack my way into the building.
The interview process was transparent and quick. They were very welcoming and asked relevant questions. I got a home assignment that was very relevant and I also got good feedback on the work I did.
