The conversations were deep and insightful, and the team appeared committed to mentoring and building a thoughtful design culture. However, after receiving the offer, I had a few reasonable questions about the contract — regarding TDS, leaves, and scope of deliverables — all of which were not clearly detailed in the agreement. I was transparent, polite, and professional in my queries. Unfortunately, the offer was rescinded shortly after, with no discussion or attempt at resolution. It was disappointing, especially after investing time and effort across multiple rounds.
