Oxford Biomedica interview questions

Overall, the panel was small but friendly. I began with a presentation that gave an overview of the role. They then told me more about the company, and then we went through my CV in detail. They then went through some questions that covered technical and behavioural skills. Technical questions included endotoxin questions, sterillity, CAPA and change control examples.

The interview process consisted of interview answering a set of questions, where they tried to understand skills and experience for the position further. The interviewers were very nice and understanding. They explained the position very well.
