Took time off twice to attend video/phone interviews, never heard from them again after, even after I sent a follow-up email. Disrespectful, inconsiderate and thankfully not the norm. Leaves a bad impression of the company.

Onsite Interview for 1 hr, highly technical. Questions regarding past experience. Design decisions, GD& T etc. Interview went in detail about the projects and my contributions. Project management, ECO and ECR processes. Project achievements.
